Responsibilities
Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients, both in English and Spanish
Gather, organize, and summarize client information and supporting evidence
Maintain and organize client files and case documentation
Prepare and draft immigration forms, affidavits, motions, and other legal documents
Conduct basic legal research relevant to immigration matters
Collaborate closely with attorneys and other legal staff
Qualification
Required
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written)
Minimum of 3 years of experience as removal defense immigration paralegal (required)
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn case management software
High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
