They are seeking a motivated Inside Sales & Contracts Representative to contact prospective clients, negotiate contracts, and maintain records in a professional B2B environment.

Responsibilities

Contact prospective clients to introduce our services (minimum 75 calls per day)
Review internal data and utilize research tools to identify and follow up on qualified leads
Communicate professionally with business owners and corporate contacts
Explain service agreements and fee structures
Negotiate contract terms and secure client authorizations
Track activity and maintain accurate records in our CRM system

Qualification

B2B sales experienceCRM software proficiencyOutbound callingMicrosoft WordMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft OutlookOrganizedCommunication skillsDetail-oriented

Required

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable speaking with business owners, attorneys, and corporate contacts
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to manage follow-ups, paperwork, and multiple client files
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to Commute: Nokesville, VA 20181

Preferred

Sales, call-center, or B2B outreach experience preferred
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
B2B inside sales, outbound calling, or call-center: 1 year (Preferred)
