Responsibilities
Lead and manage M&A transactions from initial strategy through post closing integration
Draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional agreements including purchase agreements, merger agreements, joint venture documentation, and operating agreements
Advise on deal structure, strategic considerations, risk mitigation, and regulatory issues
Collaborate with internal teams, outside advisors, financing sources, and domestic and foreign regulators
Build and maintain strong long term client relationships consistent with the firm’s service philosophy
Qualification
Required
3+ years of substantive M&A experience
Strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills across a range of deal structures
Member of the New York in good standing
