Responsibilities
Execute and manage marketing campaigns with a focus on performance, growth, and ROI
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by delivering value-driven solutions
Conduct and present territory research to both entry-level and senior marketing leaders
Develop leadership skills through hands-on experience and team collaboration
Drive revenue growth through direct marketing and sales initiatives within assigned territories
Champion a customer-first mindset to strengthen brand loyalty and market presence
Communicate confidently and persuasively with existing and potential customers
Leverage teamwork and leadership abilities to outperform in a high-energy environment
Acquire new customer accounts through strategic, meaningful interactions
Continuously improve sales efficiency, effectiveness, and personal performance metrics
Coordinate internal and external meetings to support campaign execution
Maintain working knowledge of marketing best practices and industry verticals

Must be local to Kansas City, MO
