Identify qualified candidates and connect them with clients for placements
Utilize our recruiting tools and materials effectively
Conduct thorough candidate screenings and prepare them for the interview
Negotiate job offers with candidates on behalf of clients
Conduct reference checks on candidates
Qualification
Required
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
A proactive approach in sourcing clients and candidates through high outbound call activity
Comfortable building relationships over the phone
Strong ethical values and integrity
Effective negotiation skills
