Clinical Research Coordinator A, Part-Time

They are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator A to support the RadComp study, a multi-site clinical trial for breast cancer, by conducting follow-up calls, data entry, and reviewing electronic health records.

Responsibilities
Conduct telephone follow-up interviews (in English) with participants for which a clinical event is reported or have not responded to other modes of outreach. Document all call attempts. Respond and resolve participant queries
Review electronic health records of participants for clinical events of interest and adverse event ascertainment; ensure all necessary documents are received; redact as needed
Enter data in electronic data capture systems and tracking logs; resolve data entry queries
Monitor and track participant timepoints and responses (or lack of) and take necessary steps to complete timepoint visit within window
Assist with regulatory tasks including, but not limited to, preparing for audits, review and updating documents as necessary
Promote good clinical practice in the conduct of clinical investigations, included possessing an in-depth knowledge of the federal regulations and guidance documents for the conduct of clinical studies and human subject protection
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science and 1 to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Must possess the ability to communicate with participants in a polite, professional, and empathetic manner
Preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish speaking candidate is preferred but not required
