Qualification
Required
Proven insurance sales skills or proven sales skills that will transfer
Strong customer service background
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
A knack for analyzing and assessing client needs to provide appropriate coverage
Detail-oriented and organized work ethic
Familiarity with insurance industry regulations and policies
P&C Insurance license (or the willingness to attain one)
An understanding of unlimited earning potential
An understanding of owning your book of business
Preferred
Prior experience in insurance sales or brokerage is a plus
