Responsibilities

Continue the deployment of product strategy, roadmap and design; work with key partner groups to build and deliver new products on roadmap for Liquidity Products
Ensure product strategy aligns with organization and department goals as well as supports client experience and needs
Work closely and ensure progress on Pan- US and Global initiatives on Liquidity to create a seamless solution for our clients
Work closely with other products around Core Banking, Payments, FX to ensure a coordinated and integrated launch of product and service-capabilities
Obtain buy-in and support from various key stakeholders – including senior management, partners, and committees
Determine and manage pricing for new products, including standard pricing and exceptions
Support sales teams in product training and collateral needs

Required

Liquidity Products covering both on-balance sheet deposit options, Liquidity Sweeps and Off-balance sheet liquidity options
Short term money market instruments, interest rates, and yield curves
Relevant Banking regulations and Tax implications regarding liquidity and balance sheet management
Strong collaboration skills and ability to engage business partners both inside and outside of product organization and navigate a highly matrixed environment
Effective and concise communicator at all levels, both verbal and written
Translates strategy into product designs, roadmaps and development plans
A proven track record of developing and executing product development
Familiarity with Banking Products and Services
Ability to Balance Competing Priorities / Effective Time Management
Acts to surpass goals, seizing opportunities to push the envelope, is entrepreneurial, analytical and proactive
Sets continually higher goals that are ambitious but realistic for self and team, geared toward organizational objectives
Team player with strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills
Undergraduate Degree required
10+ years of experience in Liquidity product management or a related field; 5+ years of successively responsible leadership positions within a financial institution

Preferred

Masters Degree preferred
Prior experience in Liquidity Product Management preferred
Experience in executing projects/strategies across multiple stakeholders
A firm grasp of specific trends impacting the banking industry with an overlay of knowledge of broader macro-economic trends
