Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare materials pricing
Prepare conceptual estimates
Contribute to value engineering studies
Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects and Engineer
Qualification
Required
10+ years of Estimating experience with a minimum of 3 years focused specifically on commercial construction
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
Proficiency with estimating software, take-off software (On-Screen Takeoff), BIM and MS Office suite
Knowledge and understanding of construction drawings
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Excellent communication skills and an ability work well in a team based environment
