Responsibilities
Join the Operations team; work directly with motivated Operations Associates and take ownership of Start-to-finish processing of Mutual Fund Settlements and Reconciliation
Assist with projects related to improving existing processes or shipping new products
Get familiar with Canadian and US depositories CDS/DTCC and equity trade and Precious Metals settlement process
Contribute to identifying and mitigating any inherent operational risks as they relate to the overall team
Assist the broader team with any ad-hoc tasks, as required
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3-4 years related experience in a Brokerage environment handling mutual funds
Are organized with a strong attention to detail and be comfortable working on multiple priorities with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Have awesome people skills and a positive attitude. You will be working in a highly collaborative environment
Are naturally curious: if something seems off, you want to figure out what's going on
Are passionate about technology, specifically fintech
Preferred
