Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team across multiple shifts; schedule, coach, and set clear performance standards and KPIs

Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for molding machines, molds, tooling, and plant utilities

Improve equipment uptime and tooling changeovers through robust maintenance planning and real-time issue resolution

Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Engineering to implement process improvements, equipment upgrades, and root cause solutions

Oversee safety, compliance, and quality system adherence, ensuring consistent enforcement of company policies and standards

Plan and prioritize maintenance activities, including repairs, installations, and modifications to support continuous production

Lead continuous improvement efforts focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and Lean system development
