Prepare and manage SEC filings, including Form 10-K and other regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Oversee financial reporting processes to meet federal standards and deadlines
Conduct thorough reviews of revenue recognition practices to ensure alignment with regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with evolving SEC requirements
Provide expertise in code review and financial documentation to ensure regulatory adherence
Identify and implement best practices for improving reporting efficiency and accuracy
Monitor changes in SEC regulations and advise leadership on necessary adjustments
Support internal audits and external reviews related to financial reporting
Train and guide team members on compliance protocols and standards
Develop and maintain policies surrounding SEC reporting and compliance
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Technical Accountant
Strong background in accounting
Proven ability to handle complex regulatory requirements
Experience managing SEC filings, including Form 10-K and other regulatory reports
Ability to oversee financial reporting processes to meet federal standards and deadlines
Experience conducting thorough reviews of revenue recognition practices
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with evolving SEC requirements
Expertise in code review and financial documentation
Ability to identify and implement best practices for improving reporting efficiency and accuracy
Knowledge of changes in SEC regulations
Experience supporting internal audits and external reviews related to financial reporting
