Responsibilities
Manage service on 3 shifts
Meet or Exceed Customer Expectations
Regularly scheduled account visits to ensure quality levels
Establish inspection schedule and perform daily inspections – day and evenings
Understanding of contractually required cleaning specifications and frequencies
Scheduling and monitoring of periodic tasks
Monitoring compliance with required safety guidelines
Coordination of training and maintaining training records
Respond to all customer requests, complaints, and questions
Monitor consumable and chemical supply inventories in all accounts
Maintain good working relationships with distribution and manufacturing partners
Continually improve industry knowledge
Attend bid meetings
Prepare and submit work order calculations and documentation
Submit weekly operations report to General Manager
Qualification
Required
Experience in customer service
Willingness to travel throughout the surrounding cities
Ability to manage service on 3 shifts
Ability to meet or exceed customer expectations
Capability to perform regular account visits to ensure quality levels
Understanding of contractually required cleaning specifications and frequencies
Experience in scheduling and monitoring of periodic tasks
Knowledge of compliance with required safety guidelines
Coordination of training and maintaining training records
Ability to respond to all customer requests, complaints, and questions
Monitoring consumable and chemical supply inventories in all accounts
Ability to maintain good working relationships with distribution and manufacturing partners
Commitment to continually improve industry knowledge
Ability to attend bid meetings
Ability to prepare and submit work order calculations and documentation
Ability to submit weekly operations report to General Manager
