Director of Business Development
Oxford Global Resources is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development who will be responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering a high-performance sales culture. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and execution of corporate strategy at both regional and enterprise levels.
Responsibilities
Own pipeline hygiene, accuracy, and overall forecast quality across assigned teams and accounts
Establish planning and execution around growth plan for IGC
Partner cross-functionally to validate pipeline assumptions and address forecast risks
Drive collaboration across Sales, Recruiting, and Shared Services
Maintain daily touchpoints and weekly operating cadence
Act as escalation point for complex client, talent, or operational challenges
Lead MPS reviews, account planning, and opportunity prioritization
Identify white space, expansion, and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Industry Leaders
Coach teams toward consultative, long-term client and internal partnerships
Build a strong, values-driven sales culture that supports Oxford core values
Lead coaching workshops and sales meetings
Develop future sales leaders and succession pipeline
Represent the company in strategic client meetings
Support site-level visibility within the tech and business community
Hold KPI standards for account management team and manage performance accordingly
Reinforce corporate initiatives
Serve as eyes and ears for EVP leadership
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
Proven record of revenue growth and forecast accuracy
Strong cross-functional leadership and executive presence
