PPC Flex is seeking a Production Sample Room Associate responsible for preparing product samples and mockups to support sales and internal teams. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced floral packaging environment.

Responsibilities

Pull product samples accurately based on internal requests and customer needs

Create mockups and sample sets for sales presentations and customer approvals

Maintain organization and inventory control within the sample room

Prepare and process outbound shipments using FedEx Ship Manager & DHL

Track and document sample requests using Microsoft Word and Excel

Ensure samples are completed and shipped in a timely manner

Communicate with sales and operations teams regarding sample status and deadlines

Keep the sample room clean, organized, and stocked

Ability to lift and move packages and sample materials

Must be able to lift and ensure proper handling of items up to 30 pounds

Must be able to identify, prioritize, and meet multiple expectations for the area of responsibility

Ability to stand, walk, and operate warehouse equipment throughout the workday
