Babylon Micro-Farms is looking for a highly motivated, independent experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across North America. In this role, you will focus on business development and managing key accounts to expand market presence in sectors like healthcare, hospitality, education, and wellness.

Responsibilities

Drive new business growth across healthcare, hospitality, education, and corporate dining sectors
Cultivate new leads through proactive outreach (email and phone) with CRM support
Develop enterprise clients and long-term partnerships
Build strong relationships with clients and offer customized solutions to meet their specific needs
Represent Babylon at trade shows and conventions to promote our sustainable hydroponic farming solutions
Provide feedback to improve sales and marketing efforts
Manage existing accounts, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and growth

Required

8+ years of proven sales success, preferably with companies including Compass Group, Aramark, and Sodexo
Strong 'hunter' mentality with a focus on business development (80%) and some account management (20%)
Track record of expanding business into new markets
Experience selling to all levels, including C-suite executives
Skilled in participating in trade shows and industry events
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
Highly organized, with an appreciation for fostering long-term customer relationships
Experience with CRMs like Hubspot, Zoho, Salesforce, and Asana or similar project management platforms
Passion for sustainability, healthy food, or growing plants
