This role focuses on producing a high volume of assets across digital and print channels while maintaining brand consistency and compliance.

Responsibilities
Execute creative concepts and campaign visuals developed in collaboration with the Creative Director and Marketing team
Work under the direction of the Creative Director to execute approved creative concepts and campaign visuals
Design marketing and promotional materials including: Casino promotions and gaming campaigns, Player club and loyalty communications, Entertainment and special event advertising, Digital ads, social media graphics, email marketing, and web assets, Print materials such as billboards, signage, brochures, direct mail, and in-property displays
Adapt approved designs efficiently across multiple sizes, formats, and platforms
Ensure all creative adheres to brand standards, regulatory requirements, and gaming compliance guidelines
Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with vendors on print, signage, and large-format production
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Promotions, Players Club, Casino Operations, and external vendors
Support on-property needs including last-minute signage updates, promotion swaps, and live event materials
Maintain organized files, clear naming conventions, and clean handoffs to internal teams and vendors
Provide guidance and support to junior designers as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
5+ years of professional graphic design experience; casino, hospitality, or entertainment experience strongly preferred
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects or motion graphics a plus)
Strong portfolio demonstrating promotional, digital, and print design
Working knowledge of large-format printing, signage production, and pre-press processes
Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills
Ability to execute quickly while maintaining accuracy and consistency
Comfortable working with frequent feedback, revisions, and changing priorities
Highly organized with strong time and project management skills
Collaborative, adaptable, and open to creative direction
Preferred
Casino, hospitality, or entertainment experience strongly preferred
