Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple programs

Coordinate and track deliverables, dependencies, and risks across cross-functional teams

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely updates

Prepare presentations to leadership to support decision-making

Manage resourcing needs for programs, aligning talent with priorities

Serve as liaison between program managers and resourcing teams to ensure alignment

Support tool-related activities, including portal access, update configuration logic, and manage tool-related activities

Collaborate with development and support teams to resolve escalations

Update SOPs and documentation as needed

Perform UAT testing before business before deployment

Configure codes for BMC Remedy/TTS and manage ticket routing

Assess platform impact for design changes and provide recommendations
