Technical Recruiter
DevDocs is a fully remote company that hires developers to build documentation and docs tooling for clients like Qualcomm and American Express. They are seeking a full-time Technical Recruiter to help grow their team by sourcing and engaging top technical talent across software, hardware, and AI.

Responsibilities
Work directly with DevDocs developers to understand what “the right hire” means at DevDocs
Source, vet, and engage top technical talent across software, hardware, and AI
Create job descriptions, outreach, and interview structures that reflect our culture
Track and improve our hiring pipelines to keep things moving smoothly
Adapt to our evolving recruitment needs (in-person vs remote, various timezones, technical ability, etc)
Qualification
Required
You pick things up fast and figure stuff out without needing a map
You write like you talk: clearly and directly
You think like a technical person and enjoy solving puzzles
You have experience recruiting for technical roles
You've built systems or projects for fun - or because something annoyed you enough to fix it
3+ years in recruiting for technical roles
Experience sourcing and hiring engineers, PMs, or similar
Familiarity with ATS tools, sourcing platforms like Workable, and modern recruiting practices
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada. No sponsorship available
