Kitchen Tune-Up is a growing kitchen design and remodeling franchise system seeking dedicated team members to join their mission of completing extraordinary kitchen remodeling projects. The Remodeling Sales Specialist will manage lead flow and client projects, maintain communication with clients, and conduct the sales process while representing the brand professionally.

Responsibilities

Manage lead flow and client projects from beginning to end

Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients

Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided)

Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed

Track and maintain notes in our CRM software

Represent the brand professionally in appearance and attire, and position yourself as an industry professional

Communicate regularly with the franchise owner and sales manager and follow instructions for the sales process

Generate leads at home shows and other networking, industry, and local events
