Supervisor, US Electrophysiology Sales Ops

Responsibilities
Manage a team of up to 8 employees, providing coaching, training, and motivation to achieve individual and departmental goals
Oversee order processing, returns, and customer inquiries while maintaining strict adherence to SOX key controls, FDA regulations, and company policies
Set goals, monitor daily performance, and deliver constructive feedback to elevate team results
Identify training needs, create growth opportunities, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to support new product launches, E-Business initiatives, and regulatory compliance
Support ERP, CRM, and EDI systems, ensuring smooth integration and operational efficiency
Hire and develop a diverse, high-performing team while maintaining a safe and professional work environment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
3–5 years in Customer Service or Order Management (Medical Device experience preferred)
Supervisory experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with EDI/E-Business partners and ERP/CRM systems (SAP and ServiceMax experience a plus)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Excellent organizational and planning abilities with a focus on accountability
Ability to travel up to 10%
