Responsibilities
Collaborate with multiple dental offices to help develop and implement plans that meet revenue and budget objectives
Ensure that offices adhere to professional standards, state, and federal regulatory requirements
Analyze financial trend data and balance operational costs to optimize efficiency and profitability
Recruit, hire, and develop Practice Managers, plus front office staff. Provide coaching, conduct performance appraisals, and implement corrective actions when necessary and maintain open lines of communication with Office and Dental Leadership
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years of successful dental management experience with multiple locations, budgets, and P&L responsibilities
Strong experience in identifying, selecting, developing, and retaining talent in a dental practice setting
Open Dental Software or similar experience
Preferred
Residing in Michigan or Indiana is preferred but NOT required
Benefits
Extensive travel will be expected, likely 50%-75% of the time.
