Responsibilities
Represent the customer throughout a product’s journey from concept through development and launch
Develop and apply insights to help infuse innovative features into the product-development process
Partner directly with product marketing, legal, finance, design, engineering, operations, and other functional teams across Apple
Craft groundbreaking ideas into features and experiences that will positively impact customers
Innovate the AppleCare product line through the development of new features and creation of outstanding customer experiences
Qualification
Required
7+ years Product Management experience with at least one entire product development cycle from concept to introduction
Ability to lead through influence, debate, and storytelling
Strong organization skills and attention to detail; Ability to prioritize, lead, and advance multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
BS/BA degree in marketing/business/engineering or equivalent relevant professional experience
Preferred
Strong track record of leading product development cycles and partnering closely with engineering/technical teams
Best-in-class oral and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated success as an internal product lead
Outstanding analytical abilities and comfort with return on investment analyses, identification and measurement of program critical metrics and analyzing financial data
Experience with developing product vision and product roadmaps
Keen sense of cultural relevance, industry trends, and business and enterprise tastes for device protection, insurance, and support products
MS/MBA degree in marketing/business/engineering or equivalent relevant professional experience
