Responsibilities
Perform accounting and financial analysis to support business decision-making
Work within ERP systems to maintain accurate financial data and reporting
Develop and manage Excel-based reports, models, and reconciliations
Collaborate with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to support financial accuracy and process improvement
Manage multiple priorities independently while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred
3+ years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Epicor, or similar
