Responsibilities
Collaborate with client affairs managers to deliver exceptional service for a select group of clients
Accurately record, document, reconcile, and review financial transactions including client bill management
Manage invoice processing, payments, and transfers
Prepare and analyze budget reports to uncover spending trends and insights
Ensure appropriate insurance coverage by managing related processes
Prepare and maintain client forms while coordinating tax documents for filings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field, plus 1+ years of relevant experience
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
