VP Sales

Enchanting Travels is a dynamic and innovative travel company that crafts custom journeys across 80 countries. They are seeking a Global Vice President of Sales to lead their sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and develop a high-performing sales organization while overseeing a transformation through AI and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

Own the global sales strategy, ensuring alignment with Enchanting Travels’ growth ambitions
Deliver revenue and profitability targets across all core source markets
Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and monitor performance against goals
Define and refine sales processes, metrics, and incentive structures that drive conversion and accountability
Direct and oversee the sales enablement efforts to enhance team effectiveness, productivity, and guest satisfaction
Oversee pipeline management, conversion optimization, and CRM performance
Implement data-driven insights to identify opportunities and improve win rates
Partner with Marketing, Product and Operations teams to ensure end-to-end alignment between lead generation, sales, and guest experience
Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing global sales organization
Provide mentorship, coaching, and career development for regional heads and sales managers
Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement across teams and markets
Lead by example with integrity, transparency, and empathy
Direct the modernization of sales processes through AI-powered tools and analytics
Champion innovation in lead management, personalization, and guest engagement
Ensure that technology and automation are leveraged to enhance, not replace, the human touch central to Enchanting Travels’ service ethos

Required

Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing sales teams to deliver strong commercial outcomes
Demonstrated success in building operational excellence and effective sales systems that drive consistency and conversion
Experience designing and executing scalable sales architectures, processes, and performance management frameworks
Strong people development skills with a proven ability to mentor, coach, and elevate senior leaders and their teams to higher performance levels
Ability to lead confidently and assertively while fostering collaboration and accountability
Experience in leading larger sales organizations and guiding them through transformation and growth
Demonstrated success in driving sustained revenue growth
Inspirational and visionary leader with the ability to energize and align diverse teams behind a shared ambition
Strong strategic thinker who combines a data-driven mindset with creative problem-solving
Operationally disciplined and results-oriented, capable of translating strategy into clear goals and measurable outcomes
Assertive, confident communicator with presence and clarity at all organizational levels

Preferred

Prior experience in the travel, tourism, or luxury services sectors is an advantage but not required
