Next-Generation GenAI Chat Services: Leveraging the power of advanced language models to provide intelligent, context-aware communication solutions for internal operations and customer interactions

Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in developing highly available and scalable RESTful services using Python
Knowledge of Git for version control
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Solid understanding of software development best practices and principles
Experience with Agile methodologies and practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred
2 or more years of work experience
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience, or Master's degree with at least one year of relevant professional experience
Experience with Java, Go, Rust or any other object-oriented programming language is a plus
Hands-on experience with design and development tools like IntelliJ, VSCode, Postman, and Jupiter
Expertise in evaluating various large language models (LLMs), assessing their performance, and comparing their capabilities to identify suitable models based on business requirements
Proven experience in machine learning model fine-tuning and optimization
Strong knowledge of knowledge graph construction and management
Proficiency in vector embedding techniques and their applications
Proficiency with AI assisted coding tools (e.g., Cline, Aider, GitHub Copilot) and chat-based IDE workflows
Hands-on experience with AI model APIs and AI agent frameworks
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
Familiarity with the Nvidia ecosystem, including CUDA, and other relevant tools
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
Proficiency in working with both RDBMS (preferably MySQL) and NoSQL databases (preferably Cassandra)
