Responsibilities
Work with advanced machine learning and AI to personalize interactions, optimize marketing performance, and improve customer experiences across all channels
Partner with Interactive, Strategy, and Data Engineering teams to explore new opportunities, build scalable models, and introduce innovative AI solutions into Apple's marketing ecosystem
Qualification
Required
10 or more years of experience in analytics, data science, or related fields, in role(s) tied to driving impactful results in marketing or business growth
Skilled in Program Management in the Machine Learning and AI arena
Proficient in statistical modeling, experimental design, and data analysis
Experienced in working with large datasets in Snowflake, SQL and Tableau
Preferred
Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data insights to clear business and customer impact
Experience in a large technology company or similarly complex, global environment
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Databricks, AWS, GCP)
Exposure to additional BI or visualization tools beyond Tableau (e.g., Looker, Power BI)
Experience designing and analyzing experiments in digital marketing environments
Knowledge of CRM and lifecycle marketing analytics
Strong presentation skills, including delivering insights to senior stakeholders
Proficient in Python (or equivalent language) with experience using ML/AI libraries and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
