Responsibilities
Support ISO 20022 adoption across multiple payment rails and formats
Analyze and map custom or proprietary payment file formats
Ensure compliance with Hybrid Address and CBPR+ requirements
Partner with product, technology, and migration teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and testing coordination
Provide subject matter expertise across payments workflows and standards
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years in payments business analysis
Strong ISO 20022 knowledge and migration experience
Exposure to legacy/custom payment formats
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, regulatory-driven initiatives

Preferred
Experience working across multiple payment rails beyond standard ISO 20022 flows
Hands-on experience analyzing poorly documented or proprietary file formats
Understanding of regulatory environments influencing cross‑border payments
Ability to translate complex payment rules into clear technical and business documentation
Familiarity with transformation testing, data validation, or message simulation tools
