Conduct filter audits and ROI presentations
Close recurring contracts with facility managers and property directors
Build and manage your book of business
Stack residual income month over month

Qualification

Required

2+ years B2B door-to-door sales (preferred commercial)
Sold to facility managers, property managers, or maintenance directors
Proven closer with track record
Comfortable with consultative selling
CRM experience (we use HubSpot)

Benefits

Commission: 5-15% uncapped
Residuals: Ongoing commission on every reorder (forever)
