Responsibilities

Work across the program to track cross-team dependencies, manage the operations schedule and requirements
Collaborate with engineering leaders and create program structure to track system-level goals, software and procedure development and cross-functional dependencies
Work with cross-functional teams to create project plans and incremental milestones for Operations, Software, and test infrastructure development

Required

8+ years of technical product or program management experience
Fully competent in a variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project life-cycle
Demonstrated proficiency in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting, and metric development/tracking
Detail oriented
Strong organizational skills
Able to work independently
Juggle multiple tasks at once
Maintain professionalism under pressure
Deep knowledge of software engineering practices
Understand how software and hardware systems interact
Drive design and implementation of operational execution of objectives in complex systems
Familiarity with space systems is desired
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum

Preferred

Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
