Responsibilities

Design and oversee the integration and architecture of the Customer Data Platform (e.g., Adobe Real-time CDP)

Define data ingestion, orchestration, identity resolution, and governance best practices

Collaborate with AJO, CJA, and business teams to align data architecture with strategic goals

Ensure scalability, security, and compliance across the CDP environment

Lead the architectural design and implementation of Adobe Journey Optimizer solutions

Define best practices for journey orchestration, integration, and scalability

Collaborate with engineers to ensure adherence to solution architecture and enterprise standards

Oversee technical governance, security, and performance optimization within AJO deployments

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AJO engineering teams

Design the end-to-end architecture for Adobe Customer Journey Analytics implementations

Define data integration, modeling, and visualization strategies aligned with business analytics goals

Ensure secure, scalable operations and alignment with enterprise architecture

Oversee data governance, quality, and compliance within CJA solutions

Provide technical leadership and advise engineering teams on best practices

Drive adoption of data standards and best practices
