Responsibilities

Being involved with the structuring of new credit transactions, preparation of credit applications, providing support related to client development, and supporting transaction execution
Prepare and recommend credit submissions including new business, annual and interim client reviews
Conduct appropriate market, industry, and client research and risk analysis
Work closely with Investment Banking, and other product groups, including Leveraged Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, Derivatives, Cash Management and Foreign Exchange to ensure that cross sell opportunities are being developed and captured
Assist Loan Syndications in preparing materials and providing information to lenders in the syndicate
Develop and maintain solid and effective working relationships with clients, internal and external business partners, and credit adjudicators

Required

3-5 years of relevant credit and industry experience with a combination of strong financial/analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Strong financial/analytical skills, knowledge of MS Excel required
Well-organized and detail oriented
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and establish priorities with minimal supervision
Proactive and highly motivated
Successful candidates must have the capacity to become adept at financial modeling and be able to work effectively in a team
Enthusiasm for renewable energy and the clean energy transition
