Responsibilities

Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values

Provides support and assistance to the pharmacy team

Frequently works in Excel spreadsheets to create and analyze enrollment, use and revenue tracking; track and follow status of applications

Extract and compile data from multiple data sources

Provide recommendations regarding data accuracy and data collection needs and processes

Independently leverages querying skills to analyze data for ad hoc requests

With minimal guidance, performs data profiling, identifies data patterns and ensures data quality

Builds ad hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations

Communicates effectively with patients, healthcare providers and third-party representatives

Performs other duties as assigned
