Project Manager
TriMerge Consulting Group, P.A. is seeking a highly qualified Project Manager to support its Administrative Support Services mission in a regulated military and medical environment. The PM will oversee the execution, quality, and compliance of services provided under the contract, ensuring adherence to regulations and serving as the primary liaison with the Government.
Responsibilities
Serve as TriMerge’s authorized on-site representative with full authority for daily operational decisions
Provide direct oversight, supervision, and performance management of all contractor personnel
Ensure uninterrupted staffing coverage and manage planned and unplanned absences
Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Program (QCP)
Prepare and submit monthly status reports to the COR
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Privacy Act, and medical information safeguarding requirements
Coordinate onboarding, credentialing, badging, and immunization compliance
Attend post-award, performance, and operational meetings
Implement corrective actions and continuous process improvements
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience managing government or healthcare administrative contracts
Demonstrated experience supervising multi-role administrative teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience in military, medical, or regulated environments preferred
