Responsibilities
Serve as a primary liaison between technology teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions with organizational goals
Lead coordination efforts across cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions effectively and on schedule
Develop and implement an end-to-end testing strategy for Epic systems, ensuring comprehensive validation of workflows, integrations, and data integrity
Oversee planning, execution, and reporting of testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing
Provide strategic guidance on technology enablement initiatives, advising executives on segment-specific functional strategies
Exercise independent judgment in analyzing complex issues and determining optimal solutions
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements throughout solution delivery
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years' experience managing large-scale system implementations or delivering complex functionality across enterprise platforms
Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, across technical and non-technical audiences
Possess 5 + years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts, evaluating existing systems and implementing process improvements
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Epic implementation experience or proven track record in managing large-scale system implementations across enterprise environments
Proven experience utilizing Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, and qTest for test management, issue tracking, and project coordination
