Responsibilities

Reconcile daily equity trades and positions in Fidessa, ensuring accuracy and completeness across internal systems and external counterparties
Monitor and resolve trade breaks, exceptions, and operational issues promptly
Support trade capture, confirmation, and settlement processes
Collaborate with front office and operations teams to implement process improvements and automate manual workflows
Assist with reporting, risk monitoring, and regulatory compliance requirements
Participate in special projects related to the San Diego office expansion, system enhancements, or new product initiatives

Required

2–5 years of experience in equity middle office, trade support, or operations within a broker-dealer or investment bank environment
Hands-on experience with Fidessa or a similar equity trading platform
Strong understanding of equity trade lifecycle, market structure, and settlement processes
Solid Excel and analytical skills; experience with automation or scripting a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excited to be part of a growing, fully on-site West Coast team in San Diego, CA
