Responsibilities
Create clean, accurate CAD flats for women’s sportswear and lifestyle categories, including tops, bottoms, dresses, and sets
Execute revisions quickly and efficiently based on design and merchant feedback
Prepare production-ready, tech-focused CADs for overseas factories
Organize and maintain CAD files, seasonal folders, and asset libraries
Support the design team with updates, recolors, and line sheet assets
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
Strong understanding of women's apparel construction, fit, and proportions
Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and receptive to feedback
Preferred
Experience in sportswear, activewear, or juniors categories is a plus
Familiarity with tech packs and factory communication is a plus
