Responsibilities
Own client engagements end-to-end: scope the problem, define the approach, and drive delivery across timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations
Partner with clients to define proof-of-concepts, validate hypotheses, and translate learnings into requirements
Deliver client work using GenAI tools across image, video, and audio
Design and build automated systems that move from client work into platform features
Lead tool evaluation and experimentation to establish best practices and inform product direction
Shape the strategic narrative for each engagement and ensure alignment with client objectives
Develop training curriculum and playbooks that drive GenAI adoption across enterprise clients
Contribute to our vision by synthesizing patterns across engagements into product and go-to-market strategy
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of experience in management consulting (MBB preferred), strategy, or high-growth startups, with a track record of owning client relationships and managing multiple engagements
Daily proficiency with GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Manus, etc.) and ability to stay current as the landscape evolves
History of going deep on hard problems—developing frameworks, methodologies, or processes that others adopted
Track record of delivering high-quality work fast and owning the outcome end-to-end
Experience delivering under ambiguity without established playbooks
Early-stage or entrepreneurial experience—building something from scratch, not just optimizing what exists
Strong communication skills with the ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders
Experience enabling clients or teams to adopt new tools or ways of working
Preferred
a genuine creative eye (photography, film, design, content creation), whether formal training or a serious hobby
