Sales Manager In House - Virtual
Hilton Grand Vacations is a leader in the vacation ownership industry, and they are seeking a Field Virtual Sales Manager to support the Virtual Sales process. The role involves closing sales, assisting Sales Executives, providing coaching, and implementing sales initiatives to achieve targets.

Responsibilities
Able to work remotely in a presentable, quiet, and professional environment, whether from home or a sales gallery
Supports Sales Executives in virtually closing sales while adhering to current sales and contract policies
Provides guidance and coaching to Sales Executives on their sales presentations, offering feedback at the end of each tour
Prepare necessary documentation for Sales contracts using Chorus/Salesforce
Participates in scheduled sales meetings and training sessions via platforms such as Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, etc
Follows up on sales-related matters, including converting pending business, implementing anti-rescission strategies, and conducting post-cancellation outreach
Assists in the development of training programs for new hires and existing team members to enhance performance
Leads virtual morning huddles and group training sessions as needed
Reports any concerns regarding a Sales Executive’s overall performance to Sales management
Must have strong technical proficiency in navigating virtual software programs and a solid understanding of hardware
Adheres to company policies and practices regarding rotation and sales processes
Always maintains professionalism when interacting with internal staff and customers
Performs any other reasonable requests from management within the scope of the role
Qualification
Required
1+ years of timeshare/vacation ownership In-House Sales experience
Proven track record of success in Timeshare Sales and working knowledge of the timeshare industry
Valid Hawaii Real Estate license
Strong ability to close a sale
Ability to resolve complex customer service issues and troubleshoot basic virtual/online issues
Ability to work with all assigned IT hardware and software without limitation or restriction (i.e. mouse, keyboard, multiple monitors set up, internet, mobile device pad, stylus, etc)
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Excellent communication (oral written, and digital), interpersonal, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer satisfaction skills
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred
2 years experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members
Previous Sales Lead/TO experience within timeshare
Knowledge in Sales Force, Microsoft Office or any other virtual sales software platform
