Amtec Staffing has partnered with a well-established rough carpentry / wood framing contractor to find an experienced Wood Framing Project Manager to support their growing operations. In this role, you will oversee rough carpentry and wood framing projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple rough carpentry and wood framing projects concurrently from award through completion

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and pricing

Review drawings, specifications, and revisions; price changes and manage change orders

Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, productivity, safety, and quality

Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and other trades

Identify and resolve jobsite challenges before they impact schedule or profitability

Track job costs, labor, materials, and production efficiency

Identify cost-saving opportunities and assess troubled job conditions early

Review and approve invoices and change orders in accordance with contract terms

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams

Provide regular project updates and address concerns proactively

Lead and mentor project teams and junior staff

Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship

Foster a collaborative, safety-focused, and productive work environment
