Responsibilities
Provide strategic and hands-on leadership for EDI and external B2B integrations across Supply Chain, Finance, and Transportation
Own the full integration lifecycle, including design, mapping, testing, partner onboarding, cutover planning, and post–go-live stabilization
Serve as the primary coordination point across business stakeholders, system integrators, middleware vendors, and external trading partners
Establish and enforce integration governance, including change control, defect management, compliance, and audit readiness
Oversee the configuration, support, and continuous improvement of EDI and B2B integration platforms
Translate business requirements into scalable, reliable integration solutions aligned with enterprise standards
Drive modernization initiatives, including API-based, event-driven, and hybrid integration patterns
Contribute to the long-term enterprise integration roadmap, positioning EDI as part of a broader digital integration ecosystem
Mentor and develop team members, promoting best practices, documentation standards, and operational rigor
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive experience in EDI analysis, mapping, operations, and support
Demonstrated leadership of EDI and B2B integrations within large ERP or enterprise application environments
Strong background supporting supply chain and financial business processes
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
EDI & B2B Integration Expertise
Deep understanding of EDI standards and data exchange formats, including X12 and EDIFACT
Hands-on experience with EDI middleware and B2B integration platforms
Experience supporting retail, 3PL, and drop-ship trading partner ecosystems through managed services or direct integrations
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent professional experience
Strong knowledge of structured and semi-structured data formats, including XML, JSON, and flat files
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and perform structured root cause analysis
Exposure to API-based integrations, REST services, and modern integration architectures
Experience leading cutover planning, stabilization, and post-implementation optimization
Clear growth path toward enterprise integration, platform, or architecture leadership roles
