Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and support advanced network solutions using Fortinet security and networking platforms (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiAP, FortiSwitch, etc.)

Architect secure, resilient, and scalable network infrastructures across multi-site and hybrid environments

Configure and manage firewalls, SD-WAN, IPS/IDS, VPN solutions, and segmentation strategies

Implement and optimize routing and switching (OSPF, BGP, static routing, VLANs, Layer 2/3 architectures)

Deploy and manage wireless networks using Fortinet, Cisco, and/or Palo Alto wireless technologies

Serve as Tier 3 escalation point for complex network issues across customer environments

Troubleshoot end-to-end connectivity, performance, security, and routing problems

Perform packet captures, flow analysis, and deep-dive diagnostics across multi-vendor platforms

Ensure networks follow security best practices, including segmentation, hardening, and secure remote access

Configure and maintain security profiles (web filtering, application control, AV, IPS/IDS, SSL inspection)

Assist with compliance initiatives (PCI, HIPAA, SOC, etc.) as they relate to secure networking design

Lead technical discussions with C-suite executives, directors, IT managers, and business leaders

Present architecture recommendations, roadmaps, and project deliverables in a clear and professional manner

Provide written documentation, network diagrams, post-migration reports, and runbooks
