Responsibilities

Creating and maintaining business automations for internal stakeholder needs and requirements

Maintaining user roles, security, profiles, flows, assignment rules, etc

Documenting changes to the design and implementation of Salesforce; collaborating with the Salesforce team and partners to plan and execute changes

Identify opportunities to streamline and automate business processes using Salesforce features such as process builder, flow, and apex code (if applicable)

Collaborates with Sales and Services stakeholders to capture business requirements related to the Salesforce platform

Design and build custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to help teams make data-driven decisions

Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to optimize system integration and meet organizational goals
