Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret digital marketing and website analytics data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
Own day-to-day performance monitoring of digital marketing channels, proactively identifying risks, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
Build, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards that support marketing and growth decisions
Apply structured problem-solving techniques (e.g., root cause analysis) to explain performance changes
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, BI, and IT to support analytics and reporting needs
Support tag implementation, validation, and troubleshooting in Google Tag Manager
Monitor the effectiveness of website optimization and development initiatives
Identify and communicate opportunities for campaign and funnel optimization
Track competitor activity and industry trends to provide context and insights
Execute ad hoc analyses and special projects as business needs evolve

Required

2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing analytics, ecommerce or user experience (UX) analytics
Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs and how they drive acquisition and growth outcomes
Comfort working with minimal direction; ability to independently identify and prioritize analyses
Demonstrated ability to turn data into insights that influence decisions
Highly analytical, quantitative, and naturally curious
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Hands-on experience with data visualization and dashboard development
Hands-on experience using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics and digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Adobe, Microsoft Ads, etc.)
Experience building dashboards in PowerBI or similar BI tools

Preferred

Familiarity with BigQuery, SQL, Google Tag Manager, and Salesforce is a plus
