Account Director
Hansen Recruiting is partnering with a high-growth performance marketing company that blends media, creative, and analytics to drive profitable growth for consumer brands. The Account Director will lead client partnerships, shape full-funnel strategies, and align marketing investments to business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Act as strategic growth partner for clients
Build and execute omnichannel growth strategies across paid social, search, email, influencer, affiliate, and emerging commerce channels
Partner with media, creative, and analytics teams to ensure delivery ties back to business goals
Develop forecasts and proformas to guide planning and risk management
Lead client communications (weekly strategy calls, QBRs, recommendations, etc.)
Identify opportunities for expansion and incremental revenue within accounts
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7 years in marketing strategy
Deep omnichannel performance experience in Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliate, email, etc
Strong financial fluency (P&L)
Proven ability to influence business outcomes, not just campaign performance
Comfort operating in ambiguity + challenger mindset
Excellent executive communication skills
