Responsibilities
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards tracking key metrics and KPIs
Develop automated ETL pipelines from multiple data sources
Improve Salesforce data use and reporting
Work directly with leadership (including C-level) to deliver actionable insights
Identify opportunities to bring in new tools, platforms, and processes to scale the business
Qualification
Required
4+ years in data analysis, dashboards, and reporting
Strong skills in Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and ETL
Familiarity with Salesforce
Self-motivated, excellent communicator, and able to work independently
Preferred
Experience in construction, cement, mining, heavy manufacturing, or similar industries is a plus
