Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of Brokerage and Real Estate practices
Experience in Customer Service and Sales, with a client-centered approach
Familiarity with Real Property laws, regulations, and market analysis techniques
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Active real estate license in Illinois (required)
Ability to work on-site in New Lenox, IL, and a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Preferred
Proficiency in real estate tools and software is a plus
Proven track record of success in the real estate or sales industry is advantageous
