Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the HR file room. You will be responsible for the physical organization, purging, and archiving of sensitive personnel records

Lead the physical setup and "clean-out" of desks and workspaces for onboarding and offboarding employees. This includes clearing out old materials, organizing supplies, and ensuring a "Day 1 Ready" experience for new hires

Manage the department's physical inventory, including promotional items, office supplies, and training materials. You’ll be the person who moves boxes, sets up training rooms, and ensures logistics are flawless

Serve as the active voice of the "HRXpert" phone line, triaging employee calls and resolving issues with high energy and speed

Physically set up rooms for training and employee events, including coordinating catering deliveries, arranging furniture, and managing cleanup

Required

Physical Agility: Must be comfortable being on your feet for long periods, moving around a large campus, and performing light manual labor (lifting file boxes, organizing storage areas, and desk clean-outs)

5+ Years Experience: Background in high-volume administration, facility support, or HR operations where 'getting your hands dirty' was part of the culture

Resourcefulness: A 'see a gap, fill a gap' attitude. You don't wait for a manual; you jump in and fix the problem
