The E-Commerce Data Coordinator will be responsible for creating, adding, and maintaining products in the online admin database while ensuring a seamless user experience on the company’s website.

Responsibilities

The EDC will work closely with other members of the E-Commerce team to deconstruct and save out photorealistic images created by the graphic design team and upload them into the web store admin
The EDC is responsible for assigning various attributes such as colors, fonts, pricing, dimensions, weight, descriptions, and more
The EDC is also responsible for updating website graphics, uploading product photos, and altering basic HTML code
The EDC will review websites daily for broken links, missing images, and other issues that arise
The EDC will work closely with web programmers to report any complex web-related issues dealing with products, web orders, the quoting system, customer accounts, payment issues and more
Candidate must exhibit a strong attention to detail as proofing minute details will be a daily task
The EDC will also work with marketing team, customer service, sales, and programmers to improve the websites and overall user experience to help meet online sales goals

Required

Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing/Business, Graphic Design or related field

Excellent proofing skills
Passionate about their work
Ability to change direction based on project needs
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills

Preferred

Experience with Photoshop is preferred
